How it's stored
All conversations are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorized Radnor Township administrators for the purpose of improving the service.
What we don't collect
Civis is designed to help with general township information. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or medical details in the chat.
How your data is used
Conversation data may be reviewed by township staff to improve response accuracy and service quality. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
Retention
Conversations are retained for a reasonable period to support service continuity. You may request deletion of your conversation history by contacting the Township at township@radnor.com.
